Finisher Assembler
We are looking for Finisher Assemblers to work for a successful company in Lincoln, NE that has been locally owned and operated for nearly 50 yrs. Their employees have an average of 15 years of service, and they provide a laid-back working environment. Hours are Monday through Thursday 5 am-2 pm or 2 pm-midnight, with potential overtime on Friday. Starting pay is $17-$18/hr. Full benefit package, including but not limited to health, dental, and vision insurance, matching 401K, and life insurance are offered.
Finisher Assembler Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare carton blanks for gluing operation
• Remove excess paper from flat cartons
• Assemble flat pack products
• Package completed product into cases for shipment
• Move product by using pallet jack and forklift
• Read and understand customers’ job tickets
• Complete all paperwork
• Maintain a clean work area
Finisher Assembler Requirements and Qualifications
• Prefer previous forklift experience
• Must have previous manufacturing experience
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds on a regular basis
• Able to stand for 10-hour shift
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions
• Perform basic math skills
