Lawn Care Supervisor

We are in search of Lawn Care Supervisors to join the team of a local company who maintains and creates beautiful outdoor spaces. They provide comprehensive landscape services to businesses and residences, including lawn and tree maintenance. Pay is $22-$25/hr DOE. Hours are Monday-Friday, with weekends mandatory if weather affects the normal work schedule. Paid lunches, health insurance, and year-end bonuses are offered!
Lawn Care Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and motivate lawn care crew members
Assign daily routes and job tasks
Monitor performance and ensure quality standards are met
Manage inventory of tools and fuel and report mechanical issues of equipment
Communicate with clients regarding concerns in a professional manner
Using weed eaters and trimmers will trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain foliage
Operate leaf blowers and gather grass trimmings for removal
Work outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining energy and pace along with the team
Drive company vehicle and trailer to various client locations and ensure proper storage of equipment during transport
Lawn Care Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience is required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and bend, lift, and stand for 12+-hour periods
- Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Speed and quality of work is a must
- Must have experience operating a zero-turn mower
- Reliable and self-motivated
